IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Enabling Functions team in Gurgaon. You will be the primary point of contact for all workplace technology, ensuring smooth daily operations for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms and other workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
• Act as the main IT liaison for the Gurgaon office, handling onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Support iOS and Android mobile device management and oversee hardware lifecycle activities.
• Maintain Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms and other collaboration tools.
• Contribute to workplace modernization, automation, cloud and security initiatives.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with colleagues and technology partners across Europe and India.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in IT and workplace support.
• Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern cloud‑based workplace technologies.
