IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our technology teams. Working remotely from anywhere in India, you will engage with candidates, assess their fit, and guide them through our recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates’ online profiles to evaluate overall suitability.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Conduct interviews that verify experience, skills, motivation and logical reasoning.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in IT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must reside in India and possess advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
