Interior Site Supervisor – On‑site Project Management

About the role

Hometatva is seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to lead daily on‑site activities for residential and commercial interior projects in Gurugram. This full‑time position ensures that design intent, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day construction activities at project sites, aligning work with design plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Resolve on‑site issues, discrepancies, or challenges efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations, promoting a secure work environment for all personnel.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage fit‑out protocols and ensure adherence to client and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor.
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal conveyance availability is mandatory.
• Relevant qualification in construction, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Interpretation of design drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and management.
