Instructor Manager – Leadership Training Delivery

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead a team of senior training experts who deliver high‑impact virtual leadership programs for a US‑based logistics client. The role blends hands‑on training delivery with people management, client coordination, and strategic program oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 4–8 (CL8–9) trainers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career growth support.
• Ensure successful delivery of virtual leadership training, monitoring quality, compliance with SLAs, and risk management.
• Conduct needs analysis, design learning solutions, and evaluate effectiveness using data‑driven metrics.
• Manage complex client relationships, present to C‑suite stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions.
• Scale programs from pilot to enterprise level, handling multiple concurrent cohorts across time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 2+ recognized LDP certifications (e.g., MBTI, Hogan) and formal training in team management or coaching.
• 8–12 years of leadership training delivery experience with US or global clients.
• 3+ years of direct team leadership managing training professionals.
• Deep understanding of US logistics industry challenges and operational leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual facilitation tools: Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking.
• Ability to analyze training metrics, calculate ROI, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
