About the role
The Inside Sales Manager will drive revenue by engaging prospective learners and coordinating with the training team. Using a blend of inbound and outbound phone strategies, the role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into course enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Guide prospects through detailed course information and secure enrollments.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential accounts to boost sales.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings to stay updated on new services and industry changes.
Required profile
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Prior experience in training institutes is mandatory.
- Strong phone sales techniques and customer‑service orientation.
