Information Security Training Developer

About the role

The Information Security Training Developer – Instructional Design creates engaging, scalable eLearning experiences that translate security and compliance requirements into learner‑centered courses, microlearning, and performance support assets. You will collaborate with Security, GRC, IT, Legal, HR, and Corporate Communications to drive security awareness and behavior change across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM or similar methodologies.
• Develop interactive eLearning courses, microlearning, simulations and scenario‑based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, etc.
• Package, test and deploy courses to the enterprise LMS, manage assignments, completion rules and reporting.
• Support security awareness programs, create job aids, infographics, short videos and internal web pages.
• Design assessments and analyze LMS data to improve learning effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development or digital training content creation.
• Hands‑on experience developing courses for LMS delivery and strong digital design skills.
• Excellent written communication, storyboarding and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or Captivate.
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Vyond, Snagit, Figma.
• Basic HTML/CSS for learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning analytics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a plus.
