About the role
LinkedIn is seeking an HR Ops Coordinator 1 to join its HR Operations team in Bengaluru. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling day‑to‑day HR policy queries and supporting processes across the Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle. The role works on a hybrid schedule with shift hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, providing coverage for EMEAL and NAMER regions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Tier 1 HR Operations activities following standard operating procedures.
- Meet quality and resolution time targets for all assigned support cases.
- Maintain accurate employee data and interaction records.
- Identify and raise issues, following escalation and bug‑tracking protocols.
- Execute and resolve cases across the employee lifecycle in line with SOPs.
- Provide prompt assistance to employee HR queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance self‑service content.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new HR systems and processes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible night‑shift hours and collaborate across global time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and internal teams.
