HR Generalist

About the role

LiveRamp is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing India team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws while partnering closely with managers and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner in talent management, compensation, performance planning, rewards, benefits, and employee relations.
• Develop and administer HR policies specific to the India region, covering compensation, benefits, performance, and compliance.
• Manage onboarding, probation, talent development, and exit processes for India employees.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, conduct audits, and work with external payroll providers.
• Oversee leave administration and collaborate with service providers for payroll, leave, and benefits enrollment.
• Advise managers on Indian employment law and ensure legal compliance.
• Provide administrative and project support to meet deadlines across departments and vendors.
• Organize employee activities, training sessions, meetings, and holiday events as needed.

Required profile

• Proven HR Generalist experience within India.
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and ability to apply it in business contexts.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for advising managers and employees.
