Head of Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Financial Reporting to lead our finance function in Mumbai (Andheri). The role will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and audit coordination for a high‑growth organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial reporting and compliance under IND AS, IGAAP and US GAAP.
• Manage RBI reporting requirements and act as the primary liaison with HDFC Bank.
• Drive standalone and consolidated audits, including statutory audit, SOX compliance and internal audits.
• Perform variance analysis and detailed Opex/Capex reviews.
• Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and hygiene of monthly closing activities.
• Support budgeting processes and track performance against plans.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Continuously improve reporting processes by simplifying workflows and leveraging existing systems.

Required profile

• 8 to 14 years of relevant finance experience.
• CA qualification.
