Head Nurse and Staff Nurse Positions – 120‑Bed Hospital

About the role

The 120‑bed multi‑speciality hospital in Uttar Pradesh is urgently hiring 20 nursing professionals – 10 Head Nurses and 10 Staff Nurses – to strengthen its clinical teams across several departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within assigned departments (Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ICU, Emergency, NICU, General Ward, Private Ward).
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient‑safety standards and infection‑prevention measures.
• Mentor, support and schedule nursing staff, managing shift rotations and staffing levels.
• Collaborate with doctors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration and patient care plans.
• Assist physicians during procedures and emergencies, and educate patients and caregivers.

Required profile

• Valid GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Post‑Basic) qualification with Nursing Council registration.
• Head Nurse: Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Staff Nurse: Freshers may apply; 2 years of hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
