Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay by delivering high‑quality hospitality service. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will welcome guests, address their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Handle inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate special requests and VIP arrangements with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present guest feedback and service‑related reports.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards and hospitality best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service or Hospitality Operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hospitality management systems.
