Global Performance E‑learning Training Developer

About the role

The Global Performance E‑learning Training Developer will design and publish e‑learning modules that support Global Performance KPI dashboards. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure mandatory training is delivered, tracked and reported across a workforce of ~72,000 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Convert KPI training content into MyLearning‑compatible e‑learning modules, managing version control and lifecycle.
• Configure mandatory training, automated reminders and escalation processes, and maintain audit‑ready completion records.
• Identify and maintain target audiences using role‑framework logic, updating learner populations as organisational structures change.
• Define, produce and distribute training completion metrics, leaderboards and performance views by region, product line and business unit.
• Collaborate with Global Performance, HR/L&D, MyLearning administrators and GPC colleagues to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning, Business Operations, Analytics or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in learning enablement, LMS administration (preferably MyLearning) and large‑scale mandatory training deployment.
• Proven track record of producing training adoption metrics and supporting performance dashboards.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MyLearning or comparable LMS platforms.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to configure mandatory training, reminders and reporting within an LMS.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, records management and governance.
