About the role
Level Up STC is seeking a full‑time Sales Trainer to support a corporate NBFC client in Kochi. You will design and deliver practical, hands‑on training programs that boost the sales capabilities of the client’s teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update learning content, training materials, and practical exercises.
- Conduct interactive, hands‑on training sessions for sales staff.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or a similar field.
- Ability to join the role within 30 days of offer.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, results‑oriented approach.
Required skills
- Experience creating sales training curricula and materials.
- Proficiency in delivering interactive, hands‑on training sessions.
