About the role
The Front Office – GSA position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the hotel reception. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and reservations while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administration tasks at the front desk.
- Greet guests, answer queries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Process room bookings and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations.
- Motivate and develop the reception team to ensure efficient department functioning.
- Escalate any issues that may affect the hotel's interests to management.
