About the role

The Front Office Executive leads the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences and strict adherence to hotel policies. You will create a motivated environment, oversee daily operations, and drive guest loyalty through proactive service.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Front Desk Associates, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive, teamwork‑focused work environment.
  • Develop and use communication tools to disseminate information and manage workflow.
  • Conduct training for Guest Service Associates as needed.
  • Gather guest feedback, report incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare pre‑arrival arrangements for VIP guests and manage arrival/departure experiences.
  • Promote enrollment in Le Club Accor loyalty program.
  • Oversee shift hand‑overs, cash controls, and internal audit procedures.
  • Ensure efficient check‑in/check‑out processes and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain front‑office equipment and uphold grooming standards.

Required profile

  • Experience supervising front‑desk staff in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and Le Club Accor membership levels.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Excellent guest‑service orientation with a focus on loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proven decision‑making skills at the guest contact point.
  • Capability to handle complaints, incidents, and ensure internal controls.
