French Interpreter – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking fluent French speakers to join our remote interpreter team. You will support US‑based helpline callers by providing live, accurate interpretation between English and French, ensuring clear communication and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret inbound calls in real time, maintaining tone and meaning.
• Deliver complete and precise messages according to client guidelines.
• Handle sensitive or emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts, including rotational night shifts.
• Maintain punctuality and availability throughout assigned work periods.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English and French.
• Strong grasp of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions.
• Excellent listening, note‑taking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to stay neutral, calm, and professional during calls.
