Freelance Recruiter

About the role

Netfolks Consulting is seeking an on‑site Freelance Recruiter in Dehradun to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its diverse client base. You will act as the primary point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics, applicant tracking practices and documentation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professionalism, integrity and confidentiality with a willingness to work on‑site in Dehradun.
