About the role

The Fresh Factory is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to lead daily operations of its innovative café concept. This role combines hospitality, design, and wellness, requiring a hands‑on leader who can ensure smooth service, high guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day café operations and oversee shift execution.
• Maintain exceptional guest experience and uphold hospitality standards.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen, service, and retail teams.
• Supervise, train, and discipline staff to ensure performance consistency.
• Handle inventory coordination and basic stock management.
• Implement hygiene protocols, SOPs, and ensure operational consistency.

Required profile

• Prior experience in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of both customer experience and backend execution.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy environment.
