Finance Controller (Manufacturing) – Global P&L

About the role

You will join the finance team that drives the financial performance of Siemens' electrolyser manufacturing site in Berlin, while being based in Vadodara. The role combines month‑end closing, KPI tracking, cost analysis and close partnership with production, purchasing and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial closing and reporting for the manufacturing site.
• Conduct controlling reviews on production orders, cost‑centers, headcount and inventory.
• Maintain product cost and price calculations and update them regularly.
• Track and report monthly KPIs such as inventory level, turnover, differences, production quality and capacity utilization.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, and reflect them in forecasts and budgets.
• Support the annual budget planning process and provide cost‑variance analysis.
• Handle accounting tasks typical for a manufacturing environment, including order processing and inventory allowances.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 8‑10 years of experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in manufacturing controlling.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative success.

Required skills

• SAP (experience with S/4 Hana is a major plus).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
