Field Supervisor – Construction (Elevator Projects)

About the role

Otis is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead construction and elevator installation projects in Goa. The role combines on‑site supervision, client interaction, and safety management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute business plans for the assigned area.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor job progress in collaboration with the team.
• Visit sites regularly to track construction milestones and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries from the factory and manage labor resources.
• Handle client communications, collect fixed payments, and submit required documentation (BPR, AMT follow‑up).
• Conduct field education training and safety audits.
• Work closely with sales staff to meet customer requirements and review project progress.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Goal‑oriented decision‑making and excellent time‑management skills.
