Field Operator – Wellsite Support (Wireline)

About the role

As a Field Operator you will provide wellsite support and guidance to global customers, solving complex problems while using the latest technology in oilfield operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rig‑up, rig‑down and operate wireline equipment at well sites.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical tools.
• Participate in pre‑job planning, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably wireline services.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield equipment.
• Good communication, teamwork and strong HSE awareness.
• Basic English proficiency.
