Field Nurse – Post‑Operative Care (Delhi NCR)

About the role

HexaHealth is seeking a dedicated Field Nurse to provide post‑operative care across multiple hospitals in the Delhi NCR region. The role involves daily travel to patient sites, monitoring recovery, and ensuring high‑quality engagement with patients and healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit post‑surgery patients in partner hospitals and assess their recovery progress.
• Monitor vital signs, wound healing, and overall condition, escalating concerns to physicians when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, and post‑operative care instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Represent HexaHealth professionally and empathetically during all interactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and submit timely digital reports to the internal team.
• Travel daily across multiple hospitals, with high‑activity days on weekends and rotational weekly offs.

Required profile

• Qualification: ANM or GNM.
• Experience: 1–3 years in nursing, preferably with post‑operative or community health exposure.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
• Strong communication and patient‑centred attitude.
