About the role
The Executive II – Project Sales Admin provides end‑to‑end administrative support to the retail sales team. The role ensures dealers receive timely assistance, accurate sales reporting, and smooth vendor interactions, contributing to overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and share accurate dealer‑level sales reports as required.
- Provide dealers with sales aids such as shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time and cost.
- Manage vendor payments, ensuring clearance within defined terms and monitoring open receipts and advances.
- Maintain statutory and safety compliance for offices and warehouses.
Required profile
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and no backlog throughout education.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration.
