Executive – Engineering (Process & Instrumentation)

About the role

The Executive – Engineering will lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical process equipment such as bioreactors, autoclaves and SCADA‑controlled systems. This position ensures equipment reliability, validates performance, and resolves software issues to support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns of process machines, bioreactors, autoclaves and related equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IPC and SCADA systems used for process control.
• Perform validation activities on equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Address software issues affecting equipment performance.
• Collaborate with electrical, electronic and instrumentation teams to implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in process maintenance or related engineering roles.
• Educational background in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation engineering (Diploma or B.Tech).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and hands‑on experience with industrial process equipment.
