Executive – AI Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for an Executive – AI Customer Experience to join Kalki.ai, an AI‑led media intelligence platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer success for leading Indian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct impactful user trainings and workshops.
• Drive platform adoption through analytics and actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with users across teams and geographies.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to continuously improve the user experience.
• Work closely with AI‑powered media intelligence and Generative AI tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Training, or related roles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Academic background in engineering (B.Tech) or an MBA focused on Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and user experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
