DocuSign CLM Consultant – Tax Technology (Multiple Cities)

About the role

Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting team is seeking a Consultant to help tax and legal departments modernise their contract management processes using DocuSign CLM. You will work across several Indian locations, partnering with business stakeholders to design, configure and optimise technology solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DocuSign CLM and related contract‑management technologies based on documented requirements.
• Conduct user‑acceptance testing, create comprehensive test scenarios and identify improvements.
• Gather, analyse and document contract‑management requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new DocuSign functionalities and drive template rationalisation.
• Collaborate with tax and legal teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DocuSign CLM implementations.
• DocuSign CLM Consultant certification (proctored exam).
• Strong documentation, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive communication and ability to work independently.
• Team‑lead or senior‑level experience for managing junior resources.

Required skills

• DocuSign CLM configuration and troubleshooting.
• DocuSign workflow design.
• DocuSign API integrations.
• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) – preferred.
• Experience with DocuSign AI features – a plus.
