About the role
The Director of Client Services will partner with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts to deliver Deloitte’s best solutions, strengthen relationships with key clients, and expand the firm’s service footprint. This senior position requires a client‑first mindset and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison.
- Identify and develop new ideas, guiding clients to optimal solutions for their business environment.
- Leverage Deloitte’s integrated market offering and innovative solutions to address client needs.
- Drive growth by qualifying opportunities, collaborating with specialists, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Lead client reporting, governance, and regular business reviews with senior management.
- Promote Deloitte’s proprietary events and programs to enhance brand visibility.
Required profile
- MBA (Marketing) from a reputable institution.
- Proven ability to articulate concepts to senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and solid business understanding.
