Director, Leadership Hiring – Consumer Goods

About the role

The firm is seeking a senior professional to lead leadership hiring for the consumer goods sector. Based in Mumbai, you will report to the Executive Director and drive both business development and delivery of high‑value executive search mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Engage CEOs, Managing Directors, Promoters and CHROs to originate new senior‑level mandates.
• Lead end‑to‑end search processes, from candidate sourcing to assessment and presentation.
• Close senior mandates and leverage successful placements to generate further business.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within consumer and allied sectors.
• Maintain proactive communication and accountability throughout the search lifecycle.

Required profile

• Several years of senior experience in the consumer industry (e.g., CHRO, HR Head, senior sales).
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders on high‑impact executive hires.
• Deep knowledge of consumer sectors such as FMCG, food & beverages, personal care, durables, retail and related services.
• Strong advisory, influencing and communication skills with a research‑driven mindset.
