About the role
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Direct Tax Professional for the Asia‑Pacific region, based in Mumbai, India. The role focuses on managing all aspects of direct taxation for the Group’s entities operating in India and supports the company’s compliance and strategic tax objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake end‑to‑end direct tax compliance for Siemens Healthineers entities in India.
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and filing deadlines.
- Identify, assess and mitigate tax risks across the business.
- Develop and optimise tax strategies to align with corporate objectives.
- Improve and automate tax processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the Direct Tax Lead and cross‑functional teams to support business decisions.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Relevant experience in direct taxation within India.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.
