Deputy/Assistant Manager – Planner, Sales Administration & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy/Assistant Manager to lead planning activities within Sales Administration and Controlling for our hydraulic product portfolio. The role ensures smooth order processing, demand forecasting and coordination between sales, production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order intake, planning and scheduling to meet customer and production requirements.
• Forecast demand and align with source plants to prevent shortages.
• Support capacity planning together with plant and warehouse teams.
• Process sales orders, material release notes, credit notes and related documentation accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate dispatches for timely deliveries.
• Handle pre‑order commercial documents such as letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Facilitate pricing updates and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with control guidelines and maintain required approvals.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or Business Management.
• 8–10 years of experience in material planning, sales administration or controlling.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
