Customer Service & Transportation Dispatcher (Australia region) – Delhi

About the role

Flix is looking for a motivated Traffic Control Executive to provide 24/7 real‑time operational support for FlixBus services in Australia while being based in Delhi. You will act as the primary point of contact for drivers, handling incidents, coordinating rides and ensuring a smooth passenger experience through efficient backend coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist FlixBus drivers in Australia via calls, messages and email, offering prompt solutions to operational challenges.
• Monitor and coordinate multiple live rides per shift, maintaining on‑time service standards.
• Handle disruptions such as delays, accidents or breakdowns following escalation protocols.
• Create and manage tickets in Salesforce or similar CRM to document incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with global support, operations and customer service teams to resolve complex issues in real time.
• Record shift activities, driver issues and escalations for internal reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in travel, mobility, transport operations or logistics/dispatch.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); basic/intermediate Punjabi or Hindi is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends aligned with AEST/AEDT time zones.
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of live incidents.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) ticketing experience.
• Zendesk or comparable ticketing tool.
• Excel or spreadsheet management for data tracking and reporting.
