About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused professional to join our Voice Support Team handling travel‑related queries. The role involves assisting customers via phone, providing accurate information, and ensuring a great travel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
