Customer Service Executive – Chembur

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities at our Chembur branch. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while supporting sales, vendor and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial processes including receipting, banking, reconciliation, cash handling, cheque dishonour management, safe custody and asset reconciliation with 100% accuracy.
• Provide commercial support by registering local vendors, managing procurement, processing vendor payments, encouraging NEFT registrations and supporting lease agreements.
• Coordinate advisor licensing, sales support, reward and recognition programmes, MIS preparation, dashboard updates and training activities for new insurance applicants.
• Handle legal, compliance and taxation matters such as timely remittance of professional and work‑contract taxes and representing the company for compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, operate multiple systems, manage sales behaviour compliance and adapt to extended working hours and volume spikes.

Required profile

• Experience handling financial processes with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in branch operations.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and high‑volume workloads.
