Crane Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to safely transport loads to construction sites using cranes and hoists. You will work closely with construction crews and ground operators, ensuring efficient and secure material handling while maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate cranes and hoists to lift, move, and discharge loads at construction sites.
• Bind loads securely to cranes and ensure safe transfer.
• Inspect equipment and machinery regularly and keep maintenance logs up to date.
• Perform basic repairs and set up machinery according to complex manuals.
• Coordinate with ground operators, interpreting hand and verbal signals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating cranes and handling building materials.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Capacity to adapt to varying weather conditions and site settings.
