About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site construction crews. In this role you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new crew members.
- Monitor crew performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Educate all staff on safety regulations and building codes.
- Ensure project budgets are adhered to and that required materials and equipment are available.
- Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions.
