Construction Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the execution of elevator and modernization projects at our Gurgaon site. The role will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and the Otis field workforce to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Project Execution Plans for each site and align the Otis team, indirect reports and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with the Project Controls Lead to generate contract plans and overall project upgrades.
• Monitor progress against the plan, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison and represent Otis in mid‑level and high‑level meetings.
• Lead a team focused on new equipment installations and modernization projects.
• Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Enforce all safety policies and parameters throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 10‑15 years of experience in the elevator industry or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, subcontractors and complex installations.
• Strong understanding of contract planning, project controls and safety compliance.
