Computer Science Trainer – Odisha

About the role

The Raspberry Pi Foundation is seeking a Computer Science Trainer to lead computing education initiatives across districts in Odisha. You will design, deliver, and evaluate teacher‑training programmes, supporting the development of a vibrant educator community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver state‑wide training and educator development activities for learners aged 5‑25.
• Conduct face‑to‑face trainings, online webinars, school visits, and coaching conversations.
• Serve as the primary contact for educators, organising virtual and in‑person meet‑ups.
• Manage logistics for training events, including venue scouting, equipment procurement and pre‑event checks.
• Support partner onboarding, teacher‑needs assessments, and selection processes.
• Ensure partners adhere to training standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Collaborate on monitoring, evaluation and curriculum improvement tools.
• Represent the Foundation at external events, write blog posts and lead workshops.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in India.
• Experience in teacher training, capacity building or educational programme management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to travel across multiple districts in Odisha.
