Community Manager (Noida/Ghaziabad)

About the role

The Community Manager is the face of Giffy in each residential society we operate in. You will build trust, relationships, and a word‑of‑mouth engine that fuels our society‑first model. This role focuses on community building rather than sales, working closely with RWA committees, residents, and local groups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target societies in the assigned zone for partnership.
• Present Giffy’s society‑first model to RWA committees and secure formal tie‑ups.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, notice‑board rights, event permissions, and other community access arrangements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with RWA office bearers, society managers, and security heads.
• Resolve society‑level concerns or escalations promptly and diplomatically.
• Drive first‑time bookings through direct outreach, demos, and resident interaction.
• Organise on‑ground activation events such as awareness drives, free trials, festive campaigns, and promotional days.
• Coordinate setup and maintenance of Giffy’s physical collateral (canopy, standees, pamphlets, QR codes).
• Generate referrals from existing customers and track penetration rates society by society.
• Follow up with customers post‑service to gauge satisfaction, collect feedback, and address complaints before escalation.
• Create and distribute hyper‑local communication via WhatsApp, society group posts, and pamphlet content.

• Warm, proactive, and deeply personable.
• Enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
• Strong relationship‑building and diplomatic skills.
• Comfortable working on‑site in residential societies.
