About the role
The Grand Hyatt Goa is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support its Indian cuisine outlet. You will help deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes while maintaining the service standards expected by Hyatt International.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate Indian menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations, ensuring efficient and flexible service.
- Support the outlet’s concept by following Hyatt International guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Basic culinary knowledge and a strong understanding of food hygiene practices.
