Clinical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our life‑science staffing team. You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to source and place top talent across pharmaceutical, clinical, and biotech functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for pharma and clinical positions.
• Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to create and track requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of pharma recruitment experience, preferably in MSP/VMS environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials, FDA regulations and life‑science terminology.
• Proven ability to work independently with a goal‑oriented mindset.
