About the role
Invesco is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to prepare and distribute accurate client reports on a regular basis. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, handling client queries, and supporting data testing initiatives across investment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports by gathering data from various applications and teams.
- Handle basic client queries and support senior team members with complex issues.
- Assist in transitioning work from local offices under direct supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures while producing high‑quality reports.
- Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation.
- Conduct data testing for new and existing GCCP projects and support project managers with testing issues.
- Support local offices with systems testing such as DeskNet regression testing during heavy production periods.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose cost‑ or time‑saving ideas.
- Communicate business requirements clearly to multiple teams and use root‑cause analysis techniques.
Required profile
- MBA or professional qualification with a finance major.
- 2‑4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment operations.
- Knowledge of financial industry fundamentals, asset classes, mutual fund framework and investment life‑cycle.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
