About the role
Join a leading technology services firm as a Chat Support Associate, providing first‑line assistance to customers through the chat channel. This position is based in Chennai and involves handling a variety of L0/L1 queries related to product usage, printing issues, and general inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.
- Diagnose and address basic technical problems related to software and printing services.
- Escalate complex cases to the L2 support team (Fuji Films) when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and follow up on resolution procedures.
- Achieve individual and team targets for service quality and response times.
Required profile
- Graduate with 1‑4 years of experience in customer support or a similar client‑service role.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to assess issues quickly and provide clear, accurate information.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 shift environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for logging and tracking customer interactions.
