Campaign Management Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Campaign Management Associate to support increasingly complex marketing initiatives while optimizing limited resources. You will combine functional marketing knowledge with technical expertise to accelerate time‑to‑market, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable results across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Balance marketing complexity and resource constraints by streamlining processes.
• Drive marketing performance through data‑driven insights and technology enablement.
• Execute campaigns, perform data analysis, and manage budgets.
• Develop and maintain web‑based applications using modern web technologies.
• Set up and use databases, create server‑side services that respond to HTTP requests, and build client‑side experiences.
• Resolve routine problems following established guidelines and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Work rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and ability to handle disputes.
• Effective stakeholder management and deadline orientation.
• Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to shift work.
