About the role
MEAtec is looking for a proactive Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth of its digital Battery Passport and Battery Analytics platforms. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage the full sales cycle and build strong relationships with OEMs, integrators and energy companies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from discovery meetings to contract closing.
- Prepare tailored presentations, commercial offers and formal quotations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline health and provide revenue forecasts to the CCO.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure proposals reflect customer requirements.
- Represent MEAtec at industry events to increase visibility of its digital battery solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field (engineering preferred).
- 1‑5 years of proven B2B technical sales or business development experience.
- Experience in automotive, defense or energy sectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working in a hybrid team environment.
