Business Development Manager – Co‑Working Space

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our co‑working space portfolio in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building relationships with landlords, tenants and brokers, and converting opportunities into profitable leases.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, build and nurture relationships with local, regional, national and international landlords and tenants.
- Maintain regular contact with tenant representatives to uncover new leasing opportunities and understand requirements.
- Track landlord activities, market trends and available spaces to generate deal flow.
- Act as landlord/seller agent, negotiate commercial office space terms and close deals.
- Generate new revenue, meet sales targets and expand market presence across segments.
- Prepare formal quotes, proposals and maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and invoices.
- Develop long‑term partnerships with key accounts and align team goals for sustained growth.
Required profile
- Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Business Administration.
- 3–7 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or co‑working environments.
- Experience handling large ticket sales and interacting with senior client leadership.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings.
