About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst (women) to join an Agile development environment in Coimbatore. The role focuses on discovering business requirements, writing Agile stories, and supporting process improvements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Agile development teams (2‑6 years of experience).
- Discover and document business requirements and write Agile user stories.
- Maintain technical awareness of APIs and related components.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Scrum methodologies and Kanban charts.
- Familiarity with BPMN tools for process modeling.
- Ability to create As‑Is and To‑Be process flow diagrams.
- Technical awareness of APIs, C and C++ concepts.
- Prince2 or PMP certification is desirable.
