BIM/CAD Engineer - Facade Access

About the role
The BIM/CAD Engineer will join the GCC Facades team to provide BIM and CAD support for façade projects. You will create BIM models, generate detailed CAD drawings, and gradually develop full engineering designs for complex aluminium and steel façade systems.
Key responsibilities
- Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for multiple façade projects simultaneously.
- Design aluminium and steel systems, taking into account waterproofing, insulation, fire barriers, and glazing requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants and the team leader, reporting functionally to project consultants and operationally to the line manager.
- Support the team with BIM technical expertise and ensure design accuracy throughout project phases.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Willingness to undergo background verification (BGV) as required by WSP India.
Required skills
- BIM modeling.
- CAD drafting.
- Design of aluminium façade systems.
- Design of steel façade structures.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, fire barrier, and glazing systems.
