About the role

Genpact is hosting a walk‑in recruitment drive in Jaipur for Banking Operations positions focused on commercial lending. Candidates will join a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment where they support loan origination, booking, and servicing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client operations for commercial loan activities, including origination, booking and servicing.
• Collaborate with transition and transformation teams to set up new operational processes.
• Address risk and customer queries within stipulated timelines.
• Work with Risk, Closing and Onboarding teams to understand loan structures of upcoming accounts.
• Prepare and send administrative details to maintain smooth communication channels.

Required profile

• Non‑technical graduate (any discipline).
• 0‑5 years of experience, preferably in banking or commercial loan operations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with risk teams and customers.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
