About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in Alwar. The role focuses on ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting various departments through accurate data handling and effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise daily back‑office tasks with precision.
- Prepare, update and maintain reports and data sets using MS‑Office and MS‑Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments as required.
Required profile
- Proactive and highly organised individual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Microsoft Excel – advanced spreadsheet functions.
