B2B Dealer Banking Manager

About the role

The B2B Dealer Banking Manager will lead the acquisition and relationship development of Bajaj Finance Ltd.'s CD dealers across key northern Indian markets. This role focuses on expanding the portfolio of loan products and ensuring strong credit quality while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new CD dealers and deepen existing relationships for products such as LAP, Flexi LAP, Term Loans, Working Capital Lines, Home Loans and Business Loans.
• Cover the RSM North region, including Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Kolkata.
• Deliver the annual operating plan by meeting targets for loan book size, credit quality, interest spreads and cross‑sell metrics.
• Develop and execute annual account plans for each CD dealer.
• Monitor, track and resolve exceptions, deferrals and deviations in dealer performance.
• Manage delinquency portfolios and initiate early recovery actions for overdue accounts.

Required profile

• CA or MBA in Finance with 5‑6 years of relevant lending experience in SME or commercial banking (banks or NBFCs).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a flat, non‑hierarchical environment.
• High integrity, result‑orientation and the ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
